TIME: 9:00 Coffee and Rolls
9:30 – 11:30 Business Meeting
LUNCH: Between 11:30 and 12:00 ( I learned my lesson. We will stay on
task, but not as specific as Cabinet Meeting #1 )
CABINET REPORTS
ORAL REPORTS: Reports need to still be 1 ½ - 2 minutes You did a great
job during the first meeting. We won’t need the large
sergeant-at-arms.
WRITTEN REPORTS: Please get them to me no later than October 18 so
they can be duplicated and in the folders.
· If you are unable to attend PLEASE let me know by October 18. We need to have an accurate number for those having lunch.
Direction to Lakeside will be in written notice prior to meeting.
